Disability Service Provider is seeking motivated individuals to fill our Residential Support Worker positions in our SIL Homes in Lidcombe Area, NSW.
Multiple positions available, offering both permanent part-time and casual employment.

We are looking for people who can work well autonomously, as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Meal planning preparation
- Personal care, and toileting
- Medication administration
- Domestic duties
- Community Access
- Implementation of BSPs
- Assistance with medical/allied health appointments
- Shift and Incident reporting
- Basic clerical, or administrative duties
Various shifts available (AM/PM) include 1:1, 2:1 supports, sleep shifts.
Key Qualities and Skills required include
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR
- NDIS Workers Clearance Check (NDISWC)
- Permanent Resident/Citizen of Australia
- Covid-19 triple vaccinated with booster where applicable
- Minimum 12 months industry experience required
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/ Individual Support desirable
- Must have car and Insurance

Attractive hourly rates and conditions in accordance with your skills and experience. Ability to work towards pay increases and bonuses.
