We are seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver effective learning solutions within a secure, complex environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess training needs and develop training plans.
- Create learning materials, user guides and assessments.
- Deliver classroom, virtual and self-paced training.
- Work with subject matter experts to produce accurate, accessible content.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and improve training materials.
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering systems and process training.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
- Understanding of secure information handling requirements.
Security Clearance: Current NV1, NV2 or TSPV clearance is strictly required
