- Lead L3 technical support and enhancements.

- Handle complex issues across Service workflows and portal components (Experience Cloud).
- Customize Field Service and integrate data layers (Data Cloud APIs/events).
- Support CI/CD and production fixes.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- 6–9 years of experience in relevant technologies.
Required Skills
- Integration Architecture (nice to have).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (portal/UI).
- Proficiency in Apex/LWC and Integration (REST/API).
- Field Service and Data Cloud integration experience.
