- Utilise data-driven insights and performance analytics to optimise conversion funnels and report on ROI.
- Lead the team through platform transitions, such as CRM and Mar Tech upgrades, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Manage and mentor a team of two, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
- Act as a bridge between Editorial, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all revenue-generating activities.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within events, media, or professional services.
- Proven experience in managing and developing direct reports to drive team success.
- A tech-savvy approach with a strong track record of working with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and data visualisation platforms.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to remain accountable to KPIs related to revenue, ticket quotas, and lead generation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence editorial and commercial leaders.
- Experience managing budgets and external agencies to drive operational efficiencies.
