Nikpol is expanding with a new warehouse in Prestons – a key logistics and industrial hub in Western Sydney. We're looking for a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations and help ensure orders are accurately prepared and delivered to customers.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting the day-to-day operations of our new Prestons facility. You will work as part of a close-knit team, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment. Occasional local deliveries may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Assist with stock control, stock replenishment, and inventory management
- Complete local deliveries on a case-by-case basis using the company Sprinter van
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets
- Represent the Nikpol brand professionally when interacting with customers and colleagues
What You'll Need:
- Current full Australian Driver's Licence
- Current Forklift Licence
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Delivery driving experience advantageous
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items safelyReliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
