WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To stay at the top of our game, we're looking for an Operations Specialist (3IC) who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Leading a small team of employees, you'll be part of a diverse and inclusive team with opportunities for personal growth and professional development, all in a casual work environment where you can be your authentic self.
- You'll partner with the Coach – Operational Excellence to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. This position is a split between office (rostering, payroll) and cash wrap (serving consumers on registers).
Reporting into the Coach, you will:
- Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers.
- Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team.
- Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.
- Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Your passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career.
- Your 1-2 years retail leadership experience within stockroom management, stock planning, facility management or similar.
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Your sound computer proficiency.
