At NightOwl, technology plays an important role in keeping our business connected and running smoothly. With multiple systems and hundreds of users across our network, you'll have the opportunity to tackle a variety of technical challenges and make a real difference to our day-to-day operations. You'll work alongside our IT team to provide technical support, maintain business systems and contribute to projects that improve the way we work.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide IT support across the business, troubleshooting technical issues and helping teams stay productive.
- Assist with day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems, responding to support requests and maintaining hardware and software.
- Support Windows-based systems, network devices and business applications.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to streamline systems and improve data workflows.
- Assist with system upgrades, implementations and ongoing improvements.
- Support automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operations.
- Train and assist users with systems and tools, helping them work confidently with technology.
- Follow data governance and IT security procedures to protect sensitive business information.
About you:
- We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicates confidently and takes pride in delivering reliable IT support.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience providing remote IT support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar technical support role.
- Experience supporting Windows-based servers, network devices and custom business applications.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications or experience, will be highly regarded.
