Aspire Training Clinics in Sydney is seeking a Head Trainer for Dermal Therapy and Laser to lead day-to-day clinical training and supervise a 16-strong trainer/assessor team. This on-site role is based at our Crows Nest clinic, with responsibilities spanning theory and practical delivery across IPL/laser, dermal modalities, and assessments.
You will mentor staff, validate tools, and ensure currency of learning resources, while escalating complex questions.
