The post holder will provide clinical leadership and be accountable for the management, delivery, and development of the Integrated Children's Community Nursing Team, which provides nursing care in the community to children with acute/short term illness, those with complex health needs and disabilities, or with long term conditions, as well as those with life limiting conditions who may require end of life care.
