This role focuses on shaping student culture, wellbeing and personal growth across Years 10-12, reporting to the Head of Senior School.
You will drive visible, values-driven leadership, oversee pastoral care, behaviour systems and student pathways, while supporting the Heads of House and coordinating major senior school events.
