Nexus Mining is a leading provider of specialised services to the underground coal mining industry, with an established workforce across New South Wales and Queensland. Nexus Mining is now offering an exciting long-term opportunity for Fitters and Operators to join our crew at Centurion Mine, working on a secondary support project. This opportunity is part of a 3 year contract +2, offering long-term stability and the chance to be part of a committed high-performing team. If you are experienced and motivated, we want to hear from you.
To be successful with your application you must have the following:
- Detailed evidence of previous underground coal experience in Secondary Support, with specific competency to the below:
- Airtrack
- Loader
- Personnel transporter
- Proven excellent track record in safety and compliance
- Team member work ethic
- Customer focus
- A drive to meet high performance standards
- Current and valid Standard 11
What we offer:
- Experienced Underground Operator: $75/per hour
- Experienced Underground Trade: $85/per hour
- Bolt Bonus up to $400 per week / $800 per tour
