We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Anaesthetic Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic clinical team on a full-time basis. Great work/life balance - Monday to Friday flexible roster, no on-call, public holidays off. Occasional optional weekend shifts available.
Duties And Responsibilities
- This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care.
- Ensure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgery.
- Ensure patient safety and communication with the surgical team is always a key focus.
- Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complications.
- Deliver education and support to patients for the management of their recovery.
- RN's supervise and support Enrolled Nurses on shift.
About You
You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare. You will have:
- Solid experience in perioperative Anaesthetic nursing.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled nurse.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A true commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Experience in Recovery desirable.

About Bondi Junction Private Hospital
Bondi Junction Private Hospital is a boutique, purpose-built hospital with modern facilities, specialising in a range of specialties including Ophthalmology, ENT Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Moh's, General Surgery, and IVF. Our hospital includes 4 operating theatres, a Day Surgery Unit and a 7 bed overnight ward.
