The Role
This is NOT another churn & burn Site Supervisor role. We’re looking for a long-term team member who knows building, cares about the details and enjoys dealing with people. You may already be supervising, but more likely you’re a carpenter ready to take the next step off the tools. A trade background is essential; previous supervision or local experience isn’t. We’re happy to train the right person in the “Nexus way”. You’ll work with homeowners, subcontractors and our office team to coordinate trades, check workmanship and keep projects safe, organised and moving forward. Being well presented and having a sharp eye for detail are essential. We’re working in people’s homes, so how you communicate, present yourself and look after the site matters.
