We are looking for an experienced and passionate Practice Manager / 2IC / senior receptionist to join our team.
As a Practice Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- Team supervision and training/coaching to ensure high customer service standards
- Identifying, reviewing and trouble-shooting operational issues
- Managing rosters
- HR including staff recruitment and performance reviews
- Fielding patient queries and managing complaints
- Coordinating accreditation
- Working within documented policies and procedures and a willingness to improve these
- Contributing to the marketing plan and its implementation
- Liaising with IT support for IT matters
- Managing PIP, WIP and PIP QI requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will preferably have:
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organisational skills
- Personable approach
- The ability to work across strategic and operational aspects
- Willingness to take initiative
- Strong relevant experience in the healthcare industry or relevant business role and/or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Knowledge of Best Practice software, MS Office suite and data extraction tools such as Primary Sense
