About You
- Leadership experience or ready to take the next step into a leadership role
- You will be immaculately presented
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in a reception management,member concierge or similar role
- It is important that you are positive, energetic and pride yourself on being able to adaptable, flexible and a real team player
- Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Key Skills
- Highly organised and methodical
- Ability to juggle priorities and be able to think on your feet
- Ability to prioritise tasks on the run
- Ability to build rapport with team and our Members
- First Aid/CPR Certificate is desirable
