Location: North-West Metro, including Macedon Ranges, Bacchus Marsh & Sunbury (Werribee and Hoppers Crossing immediate shifts available)

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Support at Home team across the North-West Metro (including Macedon Ranges, Bacchus Marsh & Sunbury).
You will support clients in their own homes with:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Social support and community access
- Transport to appointments
Flexible shifts available-Minimum availability of 3 days per week required.
About You
- Passionate about supporting older people
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Police Check
- Willingness to travel across all areas preferred
