Nexgen Plumbing Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Tradesman or an Apprentice in their 3rd/4th year to join our team in Peakhurst, NSW. As a valued member of our Trades & Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Undertake a range of plumbing tasks including ground works (in ground drainage), rough-in (water supply), stacks (aerial drainage) and fit-off installation of PC items.
- Must be able to work in a team and independently and coordinate between Builders.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Formal qualifications in plumbing (for Tradesman) or currently undertaking a plumbing apprenticeship (for Apprentice).
- Demonstrated experience in a similar plumbing role, or a keen interest and aptitude for the trade (for Apprentice).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation; candidate will be driving a work vehicle.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
