We’re building a kitchen team to bring this new concept to life - a vibrant rooftop destination combining elevated pub food, cocktails, music and the best of St Kilda’s atmosphere. Think modern pub favourites, dishes made to share and a menu designed for everything from relaxed afternoons to buzzing late-night sessions.

- Love working in busy, high-energy kitchens
- Have experience across pubs, restaurants, rooftops or high-volume venues
- Take pride in quality, consistency and presentation
- Can work confidently across a varied menu
- Bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
- Want to be part of a new venue concept from the ground up
