Position
Reporting into the Commissioning Manager, this role will be responsible for commissioning, testing and validating BMS and mechanical systems across major data centre projects throughout Sydney.
Responsibilities
- BMS commissioning and functional testing
- Point-to-point checks
- I/O testing and validation
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Integrated systems testing
- Mechanical plant commissioning support
- Review of commissioning documentation and test scripts
- Client, contractor and stakeholder liaison
- Defect identification and close-out
- Site reporting and documentation
- You
To be successful, you will have previous experience commissioning BMS, HVAC controls or building services systems within commercial, critical infrastructure or data centre environments.
- Ideal Experience
- BMS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Schneider, Siemens or Honeywell
- Chilled water, CRAH and CRAC systems
- Commissioning processes and documentation
- Reading electrical and controls drawings
- Working on live or mission-critical facilities
- Coordinating with mechanical and electrical contractors
Data centre experience would be highly regarded; however, candidates from strong commercial BMS commissioning backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
