I'm working with a commercial facilities and maintenance business looking to bring an HVAC Service Technician into its Sunshine Coast operation.
The work is a mix of commercial air conditioning across retail, petroleum and other commercial facilities.
It's a good opportunity for someone who enjoys mobile service work and wants to build a longer-term career in the local market.
The role
- Planned and reactive HVAC maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs
- Commercial air conditioning service
- Retail and petroleum site maintenance
- Working independently and managing service calls
- Communicating with clients and site managers
There's a good variety of equipment and sites, so you won't be tied to one building or one type of job.

What we're looking for
We're looking for a qualified HVAC/Refrigeration Technician with experience in commercial service and maintenance.
You'll need to be comfortable working independently, diagnosing faults and dealing with different clients throughout the day.
Previous experience across retail, service stations or commercial facilities would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
