As a Finance/Payroll Officer you will provide additional support for the Finance team and Payroll Team, handling a range of financial and payroll responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and receipts
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist with general financial and administrative tasks as needed
- Process and pay employee wages accurately and on time alongside the team
- Collect and verify timesheet data
- Manage tax deductions, superannuation contributions, and leave
- Handle employee payroll queries and requests
About you:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and a love for numbers
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow direction while contributing to the team
- Experience and/or qualifications working in a financial or payroll role
- A strong understanding of finance and payroll will be highly regarded
- Strong confidentiality required in this role
