We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our QV Melbourne Store! As part of the New Balance team, you will play a key role in bringing the New Balance experience to life. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to every customer, fostering authentic and meaningful connections.
- Driving sales through consultative selling, understanding each customer’s needs and matching them with the right product.
- Confidently sharing product knowledge across footwear and apparel.
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store reflects the quality and heritage of the brand.
- Supporting stock operations including delivery processing, replenishment, and stockroom organisation.
- Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives.
To be successful you will have:
