We are seeking a Storesperson with great attention to detail and a proven track record in inventory coordination to join the NET Automation team.
Receiving & Dispatch: Manage Inventory movements
- Unload incoming deliveries from couriers and suppliers.
- Check delivered goods against delivery dockets and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Pack, label, and secure outgoing orders for safe transport.
- Book and coordinate couriers or transport providers for timely dispatch.
Inventory Control & Warehousing:
- Put away received stock into its correct storage locations efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in identifying slow-moving, damaged or lost stock
- Keep the ERP updated
- Pick kits for the workshop to build
- Process kit receipts in the ERP
General: Contribute to continuous improvement, safety and a positive organisational culture
- Collaborate with other departments of the organisation in the best interests of NA and the customer directly or by supporting other team members in their role as required.
- Following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Staying up to date on product knowledge.
- Support other roles directly during periods of high workload (help receive stock, help pack etc)
- Uphold the values of Net Automation
- Adhere to OHS policies and Procedures
- Identify and communicate areas for improvement within the organisation
- Other tasks as may be required by management from time to time
- Support customer service with customer enquiries and phone calls from time to time
