Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Financial Adviser and their Advice pods on all facets of financial planning on both new business and ongoing service.
- Accountability for overseeing the production of compliant financial advice and strategy presentationsto clients in a timely, efficient manner.
- Manage workflow of your offshore paraplanners and admin support team ensuring client service standards are consistently met.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and proactive communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- Degree or higher in Financial Planning or similar (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Financial Planning CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
