What will make you successful:

  • You bring curiosity, commercial judgement, and the ability to translate diverse market realities into focused growth plans.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in consumer-packaged goods or FMCG marketing.
  • Understanding Pacific Island life and culture, with curiosity to learn from consumers, shoppers, competitors, and trade customers.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively across complex, geographically dispersed markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitable growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional brands, communication, innovation, or portfolio projects.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to influence stakeholders across countries and functions.
