About You
- Experience within Health & Safety in mining, resources, construction, infrastructure or related industries
- Open to candidates from operational, project or corporate HSE backgrounds
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Outgoing, approachable and confident working closely with leaders, contractors and frontline personnel
- Passionate about developing your HSE career and contributing to positive safety outcomes
Job Role
- Support site leaders, contractors and work crews to drive safe work practices
- Conduct field interactions, inspections, audits and risk assessments
