NES Fircroft is seeking a Processing Superintendent for a large-scale gold processing facility in Western Australia. You will report to the Processing Manager, lead a team of around 80 and drive safety, performance and continuous improvement.
The role is a permanent position with FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth, offering around $230k base salary plus STI bonus and superannuation, with long-term career development opportunities within a growing gold business.
