- Business Growth Driver: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the mining sector to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Client Relationship Builder: Establish and maintain strong relationships with mining clients, understanding their workforce challenges and long-term objectives.
- Solution Consultant: Promote NES Fircroft's range of workforce solutions, tailoring services to meet client requirements and deliver value.
- Pipeline Manager: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity generation and progression.
- Market Intelligence Champion: Monitor mining industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Proposal & Negotiation Lead: Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and support contract discussions with prospective and existing clients.
