Neoen is developing a large pipeline of new projects in Australia and needs to find a market outcome for its electricity in the form of long-term offtakes. In addition, Neoen is seeking to build its commercial team to develop, market and sell new electricity products or services (including from its fast-growing battery portfolio). Neoen wants to be able to seize opportunities in the electricity market by positioning itself favourably with large electricity consumers and buyers (including retailers).
Your role will be to manage the commercial side of the projects and create opportunities for Neoen. You will work closely with the Energy Management, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams. You will respond to tenders for energy or services organised by consumers, governments or AEMO. You will engage with Neoen's potential customers (and their advisers) to understand their requirements, increase Neoen customer (and competition) awareness. You will propose and develop new strategies to boost Neoen's market channels.
