We’re a friendly three-chair general dental practice at Minto Marketplace, and we’re looking for a warm, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team in a permanent role starting November 2026.
Clinical skills matter, but what we value most is someone who genuinely enjoys caring for patients. That means putting a nervous patient at ease, making kids feel welcome, and making sure every person leaves feeling looked after.
What you’ll be doing:
- Chairside assisting across a wide range of general dental procedures
- Welcoming and supporting patients before, during and after treatment
- Preparing and maintaining surgeries, instruments and materials
- Following infection control and sterilisation protocols
- Helping at reception and with patient bookings when needed
What we’re looking for:
- A real passion for patient care and a calm, friendly manner
- Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred), or relevant experience
- A good understanding of infection control standards
- A team player who is organised, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Experience with IO scanning, Dental4Windows/Web is a bonus
- Full working rights in Australia and up-to-date immunisations
- Browny points if you’re creative, comfortable behind the camera, and enjoy social media
