Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Regional Director to lead a diverse portfolio of Outside School Hours Care services across Western Australia. Reporting to the State General Manager, you will steer Regional Managers and deliver strong operational, financial and customer performance across multiple sites.
You will build leadership capability, deepen school and stakeholder partnerships, and use data insights to drive growth, quality and sustainable service outcomes.
