Ibis Budget Brisbane Airport is seeking a hands-on, energetic Assistant Manager to lead our Front Desk and guest services. In this role you will supervise the front desk, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and motivate the team to uphold brand standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.
You will collaborate with the General Manager, manage shift handovers, assist with rostering and stock control, and support end-of-month reporting and administration.
