- Work with designers, product managers, your engineers, and principal/architects to guide the roadmap for scaling and evolving the product or services your team is responsible for delivering
Your background:
- 3+ years experience building large-scale web software and operating it in production.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience).
- Established experience leading a development team in (at least) a technical capacity.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

- Success with new team formation and evolution.
- Prior experience developing platforms is desirable.
