About the Role
We are building a team of Enrolled Nurses and experienced Disability Support Workers for current and upcoming community-based opportunities across Brisbane. This is not high-volume agency work—you will:
- Work with complex and meaningful cases
- Be supported by experienced clinicians
- Deliver care in participants’ homes and community settings
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred care to participants with complex needs
- Support high-intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including:
- Wound care
- Continence support and catheter care
- Medication assistance
- Assist with personal care, daily living and community access
- Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
- Monitor and report changes in participant condition
- Complete documentation (progress notes, incident reports)
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and stakeholders
