NCN Health is seeking an Activity Assistant to join the Community Health and Wellbeing team across NCN Health sites in Victoria. The role is part-time (0.2 EFT, 16 hours per fortnight) with an hourly rate of AU$32.9161 to AU$34.6074 plus 12% superannuation.
You will support aged care and disability programs, assist with group activities, coordinate transport when required, and help maintain client records and care plans.
