We are seeking a talented full-time Joiner/Installer to join our team at NC Slater Joinery. As a Joiner/Installer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful installation and finishing of our high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Joinery Installation, including cabinet, kitchen, bathrooms, and wardrobes
- Joinery services, including commercial and residential
- Joinery factory work, including cabinet making
- Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials and dimensions required
- Selecting materials and preparing layouts
- Erecting framework, panelized systems and roof framing
- Cutting wood joints
- Ensure all installations meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of timesheets, work completed, and any client requests or changes
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Joiner/Installer
- Trade Qualifications: Relevant joinery or carpentry qualifications
- Skills: Proficient in using hand and power and joinery tools, including track saw
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Safety: Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
