THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll work across a diverse range of Australian migration matters, providing strategic advice and delivering practical solutions for individuals, families and businesses.
Your role will include:
- Managing employer-sponsored, partner and other complex visa matters.
- Preparing high-quality legal submissions and providing strategic migration advice.
- Representing clients in ART proceedings and judicial review matters.
- Managing your own caseload and developing strong client relationships.
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing legal team.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–5 years' post-admission experience in Australian migration law.
- Strong legal drafting, research and advocacy skills.
- Confidence managing complex matters and working independently.
- A genuine commitment to client service and achieving excellent outcomes.
