Join Naturelink Landscapes & Design as a Senior Site Supervisor!
Naturelink Landscapes & Design is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of large-scale commercial landscaping projects in inner-city Brisbane & surrounds.
This role combines site management with hands‑on work. You will take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, lead the crew, coordinate deliveries and liaise directly with the builder to keep works progressing safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Position: Senior Site Supervisor
Salary: $60 - $70 per hour, depending on experience, plus super.
Company Car: Fuel card and potential company ute or ute allowance available, based on experience
Location: Inner‑city Brisbane & surrounds
Employment Type: Full‑time

Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily site activities to meet the construction program.
- Lead and coordinate staff and subcontractors, allocating tasks and monitoring productivity.
- Work hands on alongside the crew as required.
- Coordinate all deliveries, including scheduling, site access, unloading and material placement.
- Liaise directly with the builder and attend site coordination meetings.
- Read and interpret landscape drawings, specifications and construction programs.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation.
- Identify and communicate site issues, resource requirements and potential delays early.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supervising commercial landscape construction projects.
- A strong practical landscaping background and the ability to lead by example.
- Confidence managing crews, coordinating deliveries and dealing directly with builders.
- The ability to plan ahead and manage competing priorities on busy construction sites.
- Strong communication skills, accountability and attention to detail.
- A current driver’s licence and construction White Card.
