We are currently seeking an organised and reliable Booking Scheduler to join an administration team based in Murarrie.
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong administration skills and is confident coordinating bookings and communicating with customers.
The Role
- Coordinate and schedule bookings and service appointments.
- Manage incoming booking requests and customer enquiries.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to confirm bookings and schedules.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update systems.
- Manage changes, cancellations and scheduling requirements.
- Provide general administration support to the team.
About You
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, bookings or coordination.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using computers and booking systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a busy environment.
- Reliable, proactive and with a good eye for detail.
What's on Offer?
- Full-time, Monday to Friday position.
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- $33.71 per hour.
