Customer Service Administrator Western Sydney | up to $75,000 + Super | Full TimeAbout the Company An established Australian business within the pool and outdoor leisure industry is seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join its growing team. The business supplies a broad range of products across the Australian market and is known for its commitment to quality, service and customer relationships.
About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who enjoys working in a busy, hands on environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders and providing exceptional customer support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records. Assist customers with product information, recommendations and general enquiries.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Liaise with internal departments to coordinate orders and deliveries. Provide sales administration support to the wider team.
Maintain customer information and update internal systems. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. About
You You will be a confident communicator with a genuine passion for customer service and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Ideally, you will bring: Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence managing customer enquiries and resolving issues. Experience with order processing and data entry.
A conscientious approach with strong organisational skills. Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
