About the Role:
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations, working closely with the accounts and administration team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices, delivery dockets, and credit notes
- Assisting with weekly payroll and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing and reconciling debtor reports
- Handling accounts receivable tasks, including computing charges, refunds, and freight costs
- Processing incoming goods and balancing monthly purchases
About You:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or administration
- Proficiency in MYOB or Xero
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities
