We are seeking reliable and experienced warehouse operators to join our teams in Truganina and Derrimut. This role combines sorting and pallet restacking duties, with successful candidates cross-trained in voice picking.
If you have previous Crown Tugger experience, warehouse picking experience and a willingness to learn new skills, we want to hear from you!
Duties Include
- Sorting and restacking stock onto pallets
- Operating a Crown Tugger to move stock throughout the warehouse
- General warehouse duties and stock replenishment
- Stacking and organising pallets
- Working towards warehouse KPIs while maintaining safety standards
To Be Successful, You Must Have
- Previous Crown Tugger operating experience - essential
- Previous voice or RF-picking experience
- A willingness to learn new processes
- The ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- The physical fitness to lift 15-20 kg
- Availability to work 5-6 days per week, including weekends and overtime as required
