About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar industrial or construction-based role
- The physical capability to perform manual and repetitive tasks, including heavy lifting
- Experience using power tools and a basic understanding of construction or industrial processes
- A strong focus on workplace safety and following site procedures
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A positive attitude with the willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required
Day-to-Day Duties
As a Labourer, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple client sites throughout Brisbane, completing a variety of tasks depending on the assignment. Your duties may include:
- General labouring on construction and industrial sites
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and basic assembly work
- Pick packing and warehousing tasks
- Production and process work
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
