Join National Tiles as a Store Manager based at our Bankstown store, where you will take full ownership of store performance by leading the team across the showroom and trade operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time position across a Monday - Friday roster.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and support the whole team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales across all channels and achieve KPIs.
- Foster a collaborative workplace where team members are motivated, recognised and supported to grow.
- Create a customer-obsessed culture that delivers meaningful showroom experiences to customers and exceeds expectations.
- Drive store performance and oversee store operations, including rostering, budgeting and stock control to ensure efficiency and profitability.
