About The Role
Join National Tiles as a Sales Assistant based at our Warners Bay store, where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience. This is a casual position. Must be available: Mon & Sat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Contribute to a showroom experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail.
- Unpack and understand each customer's project, guiding them through our full National Tiles product range.
- Provide design advice and product recommendations tailored to their style and budget, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
- Manage the end-to-end process from design and quotes to delivery with care and accuracy.
- Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices.
