Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced skin and body treatments using medical-grade technology.
• Conduct professional consultations and create tailored treatment plans.
• Support clients throughout their entire journey, including aftercare and home care guidance.
• Build long-term, trusting client relationships.
• Achieve KPI targets while maintaining exceptional client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinic presentation, safety, and compliance.
• Contribute to company initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Represent the brand’s values, professionalism, and culture at all times.

Who We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year in beauty therapy or body contouring (highly regarded).

Client Care: Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others.

Sales Confidence: Proven ability to promote services and achieve targets while maintaining a client-first approach.

Mindset: Positive, motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technology.
