Established in 2009 National Mobile Camps (NMC) has emerged as Australia's leading service provider for remote mobile camp accommodation. We currently operate more than 23 mobile camp packages comprising over 700 beds. The Opportunity
We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and variety in our menus. As a night chef, you will be responsible for catering to the night crew and assisting in prepping for the following day. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quality meals and desserts for the residents.
- Serving a la carte breakfasts according to menu and dietary requirements.
- Other duties as required by the Camp Manager and/or in line with service delivery requirements.
NMC will provide you with the training you need to perform at your very best.
About you
A positive, can‐do attitude is what we're looking for. Having previous experience in a similar role, or in hospitality will work in your favour but is not mandatory.
You will be working 12‐hour shifts so need to physically fit.
You must be willing to undergo a pre‐employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
Qualifications
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery (mandatory requirement)
- Open driver's licence (mandatory requirement)
- Permanent rights to work in Australia with no restrictions
