Material Logistics Officer
Looking for your next opportunity in mining? We're seeking an experienced Material Logistics Officer to support our operations on a major Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction project at Sino Iron.

The Role
- Planning, sourcing and ordering parts to support maintenance requirements
- Raising and processing purchase orders using Epicor
- Coordinating freight and logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts to site
- Liaising with Maintenance Planners to forecast upcoming works and requirements
- Monitoring parts availability and managing supplier lead times
- Expediting urgent and critical component orders
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, deliveries and inventory
- Working collaboratively with suppliers, freight providers and internal teams to minimise downtime
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Material Logistics Officer or Maintenance Planning role within mining or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics in remote site environments
- Experience using Epicor or similar ERP systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
