• Business Banking Manager 3 , you will join the

Regional & Agribusiness team , contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by

• Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness customers, becoming their trusted banking partner.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their financial goals and deliver tailored banking solutions.
• Educate customers on their business banking options and provide sound advice on risks, opportunities and growth strategies.
• Leverage your networks and local market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and generate referrals.
• Prepare, structure and submit lending proposals to help customers achieve their ambitions.
• Maintain strong risk and compliance disciplines while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You’ll bring to this role

• A degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline (advantageous).
• Experience in business banking, commercial lending or a customer-facing financial services role.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining trusted customer relationships.
• Experience delivering tailored financial solutions that support customer outcomes.
• Sound understanding of lending, credit assessment and the interpretation of customer financials.
• A proactive approach to business development and identifying new opportunities within your portfolio.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
