Full-time Branch Manager position in our Horsham Branch, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm.

In the role of Branch Manager, you will join our retail team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers. You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Working efficiently and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do.
- Being responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction.
- Driving sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities.
- Delivering a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time.
- Managing performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division.
You’ll bring to this role:
- Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential.
